Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Minimum Order: $50+
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. During peak seasons like our Black Friday Sale, processing may take slightly longer.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition. Our return process is designed to be as simple and elegant as our ceramic vases and cake stands.

Refund Process

Exchanges
