At Pretty Little Home, we take as much care with your satisfaction as we do in selecting our ceramic vases and scented candles. If your purchase doesn’t bring you the same joy as our carefully curated home decor items, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition, just as you’d expect when shopping for our delicate ceramic pumpkins or decorative plates. Please note:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging (like our carefully packaged ceramic houses)
  • Proof of purchase is required (similar to how we track our popular Black Friday sale items)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (we’ll cover it for defective items)

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on 3-wick scented candles (once used), diffuser oils, or any Christmas decor with electrical components. These items are as final as the warm glow from our ceramic candle holders.

How to Return an Item

Our return process is as straightforward as arranging artificial flower stems in one of our ceramic vases:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all the details we need, just like we carefully note each order for our biscuit jars or cake stands.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions – about as long as it takes to prepare one of our delicate ceramic houses for shipping.
  3. Package Carefully: Return items in their original packaging, protected as thoroughly as we pack our fragile double wall glasses.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund with the same attention to detail we apply to arranging our decorative plates:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return (about the same time it takes us to prepare orders for our popular Black Friday sale items)
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (like if we accidentally sent the wrong ceramic vase)

Exchanges

Need to exchange that egg holder for a different color? Prefer a different scent in our 3-wick candles? We’re happy to help:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify your preferred replacement item
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item

Note: For exchanges where the new item costs more (perhaps upgrading from a small bowl to one of our decorative cake stands), you’ll need to pay the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your ceramic candle holder arrives damaged or your coffee mug has a defect, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as we restock our popular artificial flower stems.
