We want you to love every Pretty Little Home piece. If your decorative plates or diffuser oils don’t spark joy, you may initiate a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I return an item?

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging fragile items like ceramic vases and double wall glasses. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
